FEE POLICY:*
Payment in full is due March 1, 2026.
In event of cancellation by participant the following will apply:
● Cancellation before April 15, 2026: 50% of total fee refunded (excluding $850 deposit)
● Cancellation after April 15, 2026: 25% of total fee refunded (excluding $850 deposit)
● Cancellation after June 15, 2026: 0% of total fee refunded
The $950 deposit is non-refundable
If the trip is cancelled due to acts of nature or acts of humanity such as war or other catastrophes, the entire fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of $600.

COVID POLICY:*
● If you test positive for COVID while on the tour you will be required to isolate for the recommended time according to CDC guidelines. You will be required to isolate until you have 1 negative COVID test. And you may have to wear a mask for a couple of days after that.
● If you are sharing a room with another participant you will have to move out of the room and get a single room at your own additional cost. We highly recommend that you take the single room supplement,
● If you become sick and require hospitalization during the tour you must have a contact person back home who can help navigate your health needs. If you become seriously ill they must be willing and able to travel to Malta to assist you.
● All participants will be asked to take a rapid test the first day of our tour.
● Because the tour is run independently by Jennifer Berezan she does not have the resources to care for a participant who becomes hospitalized. Please make sure you get a health insurance policy that covers COVID related medical costs.
● The trip is non-refundable if you can’t travel due to a COVID related or other illness. Our payments to Malta hotels, tour operators, etc are non-refundable so we aren’t able to refund your fees if you have to cancel. Thank you for your understanding.

We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. This is for your protection as the plans for this trip must be made so far in advance. We recommend baggage loss/delay insurance. Please also look into your health insurance coverage regarding international travel. We recommend purchasing a separate policy. Some credit cards offer baggage loss/delay insurance for a nominal fee if you have purchased your ticket on that card.
We appreciate your understanding and acceptance of the cancellation policy. In order to create this pilgrimage we have to make non-refundable payments to hotels and tour operators in Malta. Thus we cannot provide exceptions to this policy.
